Terms and Conditions – Mega Plus Loyalty Reward Points Program

Welcome to the Mega Plus Loyalty Reward Points Program (“Program”). This Program is designed to reward our valued customers for their continued support and engagement with MGS. By participating in the Program, members agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Membership & Enrollment

• The Program is open to all customers who create an account with MGS.
• No registration fees are required to join the Program.
• By enrolling, members automatically begin accumulating reward points on eligible purchases.

2. Earning Reward Points

• Members earn 1 reward point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases.
• Points are calculated based on the net purchase amount, excluding taxes, shipping charges, and applied discounts.
• Points are credited to the member’s account once the purchase is completed and payment is successfully processed.
• Bonus points may be awarded during promotional events or special campaigns.

3. MGS Star Club Membership

• Once a member accumulates 2,000 reward points, they qualify for the MGS Star Club membership.
• Membership to the MGS Star Club unlocks exclusive benefits, including:
  • Free shipping across Australia on all orders.
  • Concession rates for international shipping for worldwide shopping convenience.
  • Enjoy $10 for every 100 Mega Plus points.
  • Exclusive offers & early access to sales, including special discounts on new arrivals and limited-edition products.
  • A personalized Birthday Gift to celebrate your special day.
  • Priority customer service, ensuring faster support and assistance.
  • VIP Invitations to special events, including product launches, private sales, and members-only experiences.

4. Redeeming Reward Points

• Members can redeem reward points for discounts on purchases.
• Every 100 reward points are equivalent to $1 when redeemed.
• MGS Star Club memebers enjoy 100 reward points are equivalent to $10 when redeemed
• Points can be redeemed for both full and partial payments on eligible orders.
• Reward points cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another account.
• No minimum redemption threshold applies—use points whenever you want!

5. Reward Points Expiry & Validity

• There is NO expiry on reward points!
• Members can accumulate and redeem points at their convenience without worrying about expiration.

6. Bonus & Promotional Offers

• MGS may run limited-time promotions where members can earn bonus points on specific purchases, referrals, or engagement activities (e.g., product reviews, social media interactions).
• Special multiplier events (e.g., double points days) may be available for members to earn more points faster.
• Star Club members will receive seasonal surprise rewards and loyalty anniversary bonuses as part of their membership benefits.

7. Changes to the Program

• MGS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, including its benefits, earning structure, and redemption value, at any time without prior notice.
• In case of fraudulent activity or misuse of the Program, MGS reserves the right to suspend or cancel a member’s account and revoke earned points.
